How to start searching?

It's very easy to start seaching with Ada Email Extractor XP. What you need to do is:
1.Specify which types of file to be searched;you can leave it as default.

2.Specify which files/folders to be searched. Click the two buttons to add files/folders.

OK, click 'START' to search now. You can click 'STOP' and 'RESUME' to manage the process as you wish.

Click the 'Internet Temp Files' button to add Internet Temporary Files into the queue, then click 'Start' button to search.

Search Address Books of Outlook, Eudora, etc.

To search address books of Outlook, Eudora, you shall firstly export address books from them to an independant .csv file (comma separated values). Then click 'Add Single File' button to add them into the queue for search.

Note: Make sure that 'csv' is the filetype list.

How to export result?

Unregistered version can't export result.
In the registered version, the 'REGISTER' button will turn into 'EXPORT' button. Click it to export result. The result will be saved as .txt file, one email for each line. This format is well supported by most email related software.

*After registration, the 'Register' button will turn into 'Export'.

Adavanced Options.

This program boassts of a powerful 'Filter Settings'. It can filter what you doesn't need.

Examples:
With These Domains: aol.com,msn.com 
It means that only emails with these domains will be kept while others will be ignored automatically.
Exclude These Domains: yahoo.com,hotmail.com 
It means that emails with these two domains will be removed.
With These Names: sales,webmaster 
It means that only emails like sales@server-a.com,webmaster@server-b.com will be kept while tom@server-a.com will be ignored.
Exclude These Names:spam 
It means that emails like spam@server-a.com,spam@server-b.com will be removed automatically.
